About This Venue
Located on the outskirts of Dubbo, City of Dubbo Turf Club aims to make your special day memorable. Our unique setting overlooking the race track is an ideal backdrop for both wedding ceremonies and to capture ‘picture perfect’ moments from your day.
We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest level of service, with our professional functions staff available to assist with the organisation of all your wedding and function requirements.
We have a fully licensed bar and multiple areas for you to choose from to make your wedding or function perfect for you.
The Marty Nelson Court This area can hold between 90 – 140 people
The Undercover betting ring will hold up to 240 comfortably sit-down meal - 550 plus people for cocktails etc
The Members Bar – will seat 80 People, 120 for cocktails, Air-conditioned comfort, Overlooking the beautiful greenery of the track.
We recommend that you take the time to come and view our venue as it must be seen to be appreciated to their full extent.

Our Facility also offers a kitchen for hire. Cleaning of the kitchen is the sole responsibility of the Caterer and/or Hirer.
At the Clubs discretion the Function may require a licensed security to be engaged for the Event. The cost of security personnel will be advised prior to the event and is at the expense of the Hirer.
Under the Club’s liquor license, no outside alcoholic drinks are permitted to be brought into or taken from the venue. This condition will be strictly policed and enforced without variation.
If you intend to have music at the function, both live and recorded, The City of Dubbo Turf Club must be notified when the booking is confirmed and music must be terminated by 12 midnight.
The Club’s policy is that the bar will close at midnight for all functions and patrons are required to be off the premises by 12.30 am.
Any person attending a function under the age of 18 years of age must be in the immediate presence of a parent or guardian at all times and it is an offence for any person to supply liquor to a minor, and any evidence of this action will result in the offender being asked to leave the premises.
