Owner Ticketing and Collection on Race Day

Owners named within the racebook and official ownership of the horse are entitled to free entry for them and a guest across all 17 Dubbo Turf Club meetings.

Additionally, owners are entitled to a complimentary race book, which can be collected on entry to the racecourse at the Members Gate or at the Club Office.

We encourage owners to enter the owners’ enclosure prior to their respective race. Ticketing is not required to enter the owners’ enclosure except on Dubbo Gold Cup Day. Ticketing will be provided to owners on entry through the Members Gate.

Children under the age of 16 in the company of an adult receive free entry.

Owner Hospitality

We graciously invite owners to enjoy the race day in the Vincent Gordon Members Lounge and Marty Nelson Court areas.

The Vincent Gordon Members Lounge offers contemporary comforts and a panoramic view of the racecourse, along with an extensive bar selection featuring premium beers, wine, sparkling and spirits.

The Marty Nelson Court provides a secluded space for owners to enjoy, with comfortable lounges and seating for up to 70 guests in a leafy setting.

Please note tables in the Members Lounge are subject to reservation and priority is given to Club Members. For feature race days, the Members Lounge is reserved for Members in the possession of a current Members Card.

We offer owners with the ability to purchase additional winning owners sashes, trophy rugs or trophies through our web store.

Winning owners sashes and trophy rugs can be custom created to replicate the details of the winning race.

Our Dubbo Gold Cup is handcrafted by Renowned Silverware, while our other trophies are sourced locally through Kings Hall Jewellers.
